I just bought a nice 17" dell LCD flat-panel for about $250, shipped off
eBay. You might see what Dell sells 'em for direct. Maybe you could go down
to Walmart or your favorite PC shop and see what they have in the way of a
flat-panel LCD.

Subject: [SLL] Best displays for linux these days?
Anybody recommend brands and models of the best display for no problem Linux
installations? I would like to get a lot of screen space. Minimizing desk
space would be nice too, if it's not too much. Above average display
quality
would be cool too. Most of all though, I want it just to work and not cause
me any configuration grief, and I would like to get it from a local vendor
if possible too.
