No. But that has a lot more to do with the "preloaded" aspect than
anything else; I have yet to see a preloaded installation of any operating
system from a major PC manufacturer that didn't find a way to annoy me.
These days, I don't even check; I just do a bare-metal install, regardless
of what I'm installing.
Now, I might be able to convince some clients to look at such an animal.
But smaller clients want gaming performance (they can't afford a "pure
business" computer) and larger clients feel the same way I do about
preloading.
