[SLL] collaborate on a dnsbl?

More than a dnsbl, I would love to collaborate on a dnsbl for ipchains 
rules. In my mind, this could *ONLY* be done with a ring of trust, as it 
would be too easy to DOS someone off the net. 

There would be suppliers who are trusted and receivers, who could be 
anyone.

The example I would give is all of the ssh guess attempts we're seeing 
lately. I would love to have my servers dynamically add an iptables rule 
to block ssh connection attempts.

Anyone interested in discussing this further?
