[SLL] Debian testing to Stable: Is it forever woody or something?

Woody was first released a little less than three years ago. They just
froze Sarge this week. Current release target is May 30. I expect it
really will be close to that, but I wouldn't be surprised to see it slip
into June either. The unexpected delays from sarge-security buildd are
resolved now, the new installer's basically done, and the RC bugs are
down from last summer's three-hundred-something to 83 now...
